Five days in the tropical rainforests and remote villages of Costa Rica, built around the Repacking Your Life framework.

Your Expedition:

Throughout the journey, you'll examine what you're carrying, let go of what no longer serves you, and intentionally choose what to bring into your next chapter. The experience also includes a Noble Impact Day of hands-on service alongside the local community.

What is not included in the leadership trip price?

Round-trip airfare, travel insurance, passport or visa fares, and souvenirs are not included in our pricing.

Do I need a Passport?

A valid Passport is required for trips outside the United States. We recommend you have a valid passport (with six months' validity). You are strongly urged to contact the appropriate consulate for additional details.

Are airport & hotel transfers available?

Roundtrip airport-to-hotel transfers are provided FREE for all participants and are available on the first and last day of the adventure retreat. Pre and/or post-night stays are arranged on your own, however, we will gladly help you arrange unique transfers with our in-country partners.

Can I extend my trip to see more of a region?

Yes! You may continue your adventures by extending or purchasing pre/post-hotel stays. These options need to be arranged in advance. We are happy to help if needed.

What are the physical requirements of a Noble Impact Expeditions?

We try to ensure you are comfortable and have adequate downtime, rest, and relaxation periods. All excursions are optional. Trip pacing varies by itinerary as each destination and its activities are unique. Pacing is personal. For your comfort, we recommend packing all your creature comforts and comfortable, previously broken-in walking shoes so you fully enjoy every aspect of your adventure.

Is this a wellness retreat?

Not quite. Noble Impact Expeditions is a leadership transformation experience. Each expedition is built around the Repacking Your Life framework and includes a structured Noble Impact Day of community service. You will rest, but you will also do real work: examining what you are carrying, releasing what no longer serves you, and choosing what comes with you into your next chapter.
